I am having issues seeing the buttons at the bottom of the screen

There are two ways to avoid missing and cropped buttons. 

  1. Check if your computer screen resolution meets our System Requirements. The minimum resolution is 1024 x 768.

  2. We recommend you do not log in from any type of bookmark, desktop or favorites icon. When creating a shortcut or bookmark for Practice Fusion, you should always have it direct you to the Practice Fusion website. Then choose the Log In link at the top of the page to open the Practice Fusion Log In window. 

    You'll notice when you do this that a separate internet browser window is opened. If you bookmark the login page, you may encounter issues viewing the entirety of the EHR. Some buttons will not be visible, and you may experience issues accessing all the available features.
