There isn't a way to delete a patient once they've been created. However, you can deactivate the patient which will effectively remove them from your list of patients.

How do I reactivate an inactive patient?
To reactivate a patient who has been made inactive, navigate to the patient’s chart. Note: if you are not able to locate the patient’s chart in your “Charts” search, make sure you have checked the “Show Inactive” box at the top of the page.
