Reports can be generated within the Reports section of Practice Fusion. To run a report, navigate to the Reports section, select the report that you wish to run and select Run Report in the upper-right hand corner.

The Medication report, Diagnosis registry report, Chart notes report, Patient lists report, Drug interactions report, Referrals report, Patient Rx history report, and Prior authorizations report can be exported to .CSV, allowing Practice Fusion users enhanced access to their data.
To export your report, select Run Report and click Export or Export to CSV. Choose the location where you would like to save your file, then select Save.
Note: The Appointment report and Prescription report can be printed but not exported.
What is .CSV?
.CSV is a file type that can be opened by a spreadsheet program, like Microsoft Excel.
What if I don't have Excel on my computer and I export a report?
Since .CSV is a standard file type, users can open the exported report with most spreadsheet programs, including Google Docs.
