PRA2

Description: We couldn't find a valid provider with NPI [NPI] in Kareo. Please assign the Superbill to a valid provider set up in Kareo, and resubmit the bill. For help, contact Kareo at 1-888-775-2736.

PRA4

Description: We couldn't find the facility linked to this superbill. Please assign the Superbill to a valid facility set up in Kareo, and resubmit the bill. For help, contact Kareo at 1-888-775-2736.

SUP2

Description: We received more than 12 diagnosis codes. We can't bill for more than 12. Please ensure total diagnosis count is at 12 and resubmit the Superbill.
