If you need to update a superbill with the most current patient demographic and insurance information, you can utilize the Refresh button next to the Patient information section in the superbill.
For customers who are integrated with one of our billing partners, clicking the Refresh button and re-submitting the superbill will correct most error messages. Please refer to our Error Message guide for in-depth information on troubleshooting here.

Refreshing the superbill will override any previous demographic and insurance information with current information from the Profile section of the patient’s chart.
After making any updates, select the Ready For Biller status to resend your superbill to your billing software.
