If you are the second provider granting your patient access their records, your patient will receive a new registration email upon enrollment. From the email, they'll be prompted to verify their identity using their DOB and either their enrollment PIN or a security code sent to the phone number on file for them. They'll then be prompted to either link to an existing Patient Fusion account or create a new account. To link records, they should select Link to an existing Patient Fusion account. They'll then be prompted to enter the username and password of their existing account.
