How do I add a patient?

The Add New Patient button will always be available by selecting the Charts section from the left-hand navigation bar. You may also search your existing list of patients to determine if the patient already has a record in your practice's account.


Once you click the Add patient button a new window will open, allowing you to input patient data. Complete all required fields and select Save

The minimum amount of information required to save a new patient chart is:

  • Name
  • Sex
  • Date of birth
  • Mobile phone number (or indication that the patient doesn't have a mobile phone)
  • Email address (or indication that the patient doesn't have an email address)
