If your password does not meet these requirements, you will have to update your password prior to completing the upgrade to email login. Please see these instructions for resetting your password. You will navigate to www.practicefusion.com, select log in, input your Practice ID and Username and select Reset Password.
When your password is updated
you will be able to click the "Verify your email" link in the email
you previously received to upgrade your login, setup password reset by phone
and access your EHR.
