You can schedule appointments for user with any edit level within your practice. The list of staff that appears when creating an appointment is dictated by the filters tab to the left of the schedule.
1. On the left hand side of your schedule, select Users. From here you may check/un-check whichever providers you would like to display in the scheduler.
2. Scroll to the top left and select Edit.
3, Select whichever edit level type you would like to display in the Calendar.
