If you have been temporarily deactivated for e-Prescribing due to inactivity, your account can be re-enabled. In order to do so, you'll need to contact Practice Fusion's Customer Service Team directly. You can contact our team here.
What should I include in my reactivation request?
- The request must come from the administrator's or practitioner's login email address.
- The practitioner's name (if the request is coming from an administrator other than the prescriber)
- Your request to reactivate e-Prescribing.
