What do I do if my lab integration request was denied?

When a practice requests integration, Practice Fusion forwards it to the requested lab. From there we must wait for the lab to approve the integration. Most, but not all, integration requests are approved by the lab.

If the lab approves the integration request, we integrate the account.

In some instances, the lab does may not feel that your practice's lab order volume is large enough for them to pursue the perceived effort of integration. Please let your lab or imaging partner know that we have successfully onboarded over 500 partners that have varying levels of technical support on staff.

With most labs, we are able to re-submit your denied request after 90 days.

Finally, if the lab does not approve your integration request, we recommend looking into the other lab integrations that we offer. You can view our current list of integrated lab partners by selecting the Labs tile on your Practice Dashboard.
