If you are not receiving eRx (e-Prescribing) refills in your Tasks section please complete the following steps:
1. Confirm you have sent at least 5 new e-prescriptions through Practice Fusion. Refill requests will not be activated until you send at least 5 e-Prescriptions.
2. Verify there are no refill requests in the Tasks section. Select the Refill Request tab. You can filter to see the requests assigned to you. While all staff members can view refill requests in Refill Requests, only the original prescriber can approve or deny refill requests at this time.
3. After verifying the steps above, please contact our Customer Service team here to investigate further.
