EHR update: October 17th, 2014 Release Notes

Over the next few months we'll be transitioning all practices to the new, mobile-optimized EHR. The new EHR includes the same functionality that your practice is already accustomed to (scheduling, eRx, documents, diagnoses, etc), but with added features, improved efficiency (less clicks), and updated design—so no more bouncing back and forth between screens.

The new EHR also allows us to deliver updates with less downtime, deploy bug fixes faster, and build more customer feedback into our product.

All practices will receive notification prior to receiving the upgrade. However, you can prepare your staff for the transition by clicking the "View in the new EHR" buttons, as well as watching the tutorial videos in our New EHR resource guide.

We understand this is a big change for your practice, and we're continuing to solicit feedback throughout the process. Thank you again for your patience and support.

Moving forward, all new features and product upgrades are made exclusively in the new EHR.
