Patient Fusion is also how your patients will access their patient portal, also known as the PHR. First, you can help increase patient engagement and allow your patients play a more active role in their own health care by enrolling them in the patient portal from their chart. Patient Fusion allows you to give patients access to their medical records at no cost, and the portals will automatically update as you add information to their charts. You can also message patients directly from your Practice Fusion account between visits.

Patient Intake (Online Check-In)
