You now have the ability in your Practice Fusion schedule to receive conflict notifications if the provider you are scheduling for is already booked at another facility in your account.
When a provider is booked at another Practice Fusion facility in your account with either a blocked time or a patient appointment, you will see the following notification if you try to schedule the same provider at another facility at the same time.
The notification will display where the provider is already booked along with the time and duration. Click Cancel to edit the appointment or click Allow schedule conflict to complete the booking.
This notification setting will automatically be turned on for your account. If you would like to disable conflict notifications, you will need to go to the Schedule and click on the Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Facilities section and toggle the setting to off. You will no longer see notifications when you have conflicts between your Practice Fusion facilities.
