How do I update an appointment's confirmation status in the schedule?


We are happy to bring your practice the ability to indicate confirmed and unconfirmed appointments in the schedule! This is available in the Appointments tab of the Schedule.




Changing the Confirmation Status


1 .  Click on the blue Edit confirmation link



2. A Confirmation box will display with the options to update the confirmation. Any items with the orange asterisk are required. The Updated by drop down list will pull from your list of active users and default to the logged in user.




3. The Confirmation method has options including  Email, Other and Phone. One must be selected in order to update the confirmation.



4. Any additional notes can be recorded in the Notes section. Once the confirmation is completed, click Save. That appointment will now display as confirmed in the Confirmation column. If you need to update the confirmation, click Edit confirmation,  which will display the confirmation  details to edit. Once completed, click Save.



Can I see a list of confirmations for the day?


You can see a complete list of your confirmed appointments by going to the Confirmation view in the view drop down at the top of the Appointments page.



This will display a list of the appointments with any confirmation status. This list can be printed by clicking Print at the top right-hand corner of the page.
