    The need to create an Encounter to upload and attach a document is silly.

    The 'Actions' drop down menu has SO MANY choices that I do not use -

    why doesn't it have: Upload Document, Import CCD (so many steps needed now)

    Many of those posting would be happier if they changed their "Timelin default" to "Documents signed" - this is sound in "settiings>EHR defaults"

    Beside "Plan" in the encounter screen there is a "Print visit Summary" selection. Adding next appointment etc to this summary is what we want. But most patients are out the door before an assessment and plan are compete. I recommend adding an "Email visit Summary" as well - this option could be an option when confirming the "sign encounter" pop up. Now I just need to get Emails on more patients. :)

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.
