Yes! Currently copying and pasting the care plan from an external RTF as the care plan section does not offer this. Unable to make fonts bigger or bold imperative instructions. Then I am copying and pasting the medications from the medication section to the care plan as all care plans require a summary of medication to resume or discontinue. This would be helpful. Perhaps an improved way to choose what information to attached from the SOAP, medicaitons, and ICD sections. Similar to sending referrals.

The ability to create templates for the care plan would also be a great time saver.

The ability to have RTF in the care plan would be very helpful. Having older patients that don't see well, requires a need for a larger font. My senior patients are not interested in utilizing the patient portal. It is essential for a practice having 90% of patients whom are 65+ y/o.

It would be nice to send a receipt or bill to a patient directly or print it if a patient is in. HOWEVER, is there any way to remove the description of the CPT codes for a patient's copy? I think it's great for office purposes, but it is baffling how I only bill for 2 codes and the format PF uses causes me to print 2 pages for what would normally be a 1-page bill. The CPT descriptions and repetitive provider details (for a solo practitioner; my credentials are mentioned x4 in this thing) occupy so much page space. I'm embarrassed to give these to my patient's. They are so accustomed receiving 1-page bills from me. A "patient's copy" would be ideal.

Recently Tried Using Dragon NS with PF EHR. No luck on either browser. There appears to be a restriction. Is there anyone who uses Dragon Med or Nat.Sp. with the EHR with success?

I agree, it would be of great help to have Nurses and MAs set up the eRx order info and then send it as a task to the physician to review sign, and approve (for routine Rx and EPCS). This would help me a great deal and save me so much time.

Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

You can read more about schedule settings here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/482832

We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

You can read more about the new Appointment Report here:

It would be most helpful to delete a duplicate chart, rather than have them as inactive. Unfortunately, inactive charts still come up to choose from in a search.
