Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.
You can read more about schedule settings here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/482832
We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

There should be a way that providers, or the front desk, can either make No-Shows and Cancellations auto-delete, or have an option to be able to mass delete previous encounters for the no-shows and cancellations.
Hello everyone – we are excited to announce that as of 7/27/17 we have removed the file size restriction for attachments on electronic referrals. Electronic referrals consist of referrals sent through the Practice Fusion network (i.e. to another verified Practice Fusion provider) or via Direct Message (i.e. if the recipient uses a different EHR system).
Please note that attachments for faxed referrals must still be 500KB or less, so if you are sending an electronic referral and wish to exceed that file size limit, make sure you un-check the “Send by Fax” box prior to sending.
Thanks for helping make the Practice Fusion EHR better for everyone. If you are passionate about this idea, remember you can let your colleagues know you support it by clicking the ‘Vote’ button.

I believe that there should be an option to Limit or Monitor what a user has access to. especially a Read/Only permission level. or a notification if a specific user deletes or changes anything.
You asked and we listened: Use Pinned notes to manage non-clinical reminders
Practice Fusion continues to take major steps toward updating your EHR with even more features and enhanced workflows. With Practice Fusion’s Pinned Note feature, we have made it easier for practice staff to quickly view pertinent custom details about patients before they are scheduled, before check in, or during a patient visit. A Pinned Note is the ideal place to record non-clinical information specific to an individual patient, where you can have important information readily available.
