            Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

            We would like for the system to make a weekly report based on the amount of clients per day has arrived and how many has cancelled within that hour time frame that can be printed. To help us know how business is going, if the holidays or school vacations have drastic change on our business. For example, "Monday there were 30 clients seen and 10 cancelled or no showed at 1pm, 36 clients seen and 7 cancelled or no showed at 3pm" then we can compare it to the other weeks and for the future compare the year before.

              Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.
