    Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    It would be great to be able to run reports on appointment types. My clinic has been trying to track how many assessments we schedule and perform in specific time frames, and it has been very difficult to create a document and try to update in whenever someone schedules or arrives. This also informs us how many hours to schedule our providers.
