Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

Hello, As this seems to be an ongoing issue with so many. This office suggestion is what seems simple for us.
If there is a No Show or Cancelled Notice selected for a visit, there should be a auto-fill populated in the encounter that simply prints NO Show or Cancelled, and notes No Signature required by the provider. These notes should maybe be flagged a Orange or Blue color or something simple for the reviewer to know that they can avoid looking at the encounter.
This is a issue that needs fast attention and resolved quickly.
In this office the precept has to view all encounters and it slows him time.
The No- Shows and Cancelled patients are counted for daily summery and monthly reporting.
Great idea. We have heard about this from other providers as well.

Having a Pharmacy table that auto populated for our various cities as a drop down would be awesome. This would help when contacting the pharmacies and keeping up with Pt's medications..

As many of you know, we have deployed the ability for faxes to flow into Practice Fusion from Updox. This method of document publishing may be a positive alternative to scanning of documents.
We will leave this idea as “Acknowledged” for now.
