Need this now for PA-C in Maryland. In general physician assistant licenses are linked to the the supervising Rx, so there needs to be an option to chose to print this for scheduled medications.

I would also like to be have a way in the schedule view to see which notes have been signed already because under the Tasks section, I cannot see the status of the visit. As a mid-level provider, my supervision physician also has to review the notes. Se we use the "seen" category in the schedule to denote when she has reviewed it. Then I go back to officially sign the note. As it stands now, I cannot do both of these thinks from either the scheduling screen or the Tasks. If the tasks showed what the status of each soap note was (In room, seen, etc), it would help in the same way.

    Partially Resolved  ·  Aliza responded

Hello everyone – as of 12/5/17, ICD-9 codes have been removed from the diagnosis display in the patient Summary, encounter note, and superbill. Additionally, ICD-9 codes are hidden when viewing individual diagnosis details, though you can always expand the details to view mapped codes if needed. While you are still able to search by ICD-9 code, search results will return only the diagnosis description and ICD-10 code.

Please note that this request is considered partially resolved as ICD-9 codes will continue to transfer over from the superbill to integrated billing systems for the time being.

Hi Cindy—have you tried changing the output on the scanner to save it as a JPG or PNG? That way, you retain the great resolution of the scanner without saving them as PDFs.

Hi everyone, as you may have noticed, as of mid-2015, you can access Quick Preview to look at lab results and previous notes for the patient when working on a chart note.

You can learn more about how Quick Preview works here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/483091-how-can-i-preview-previous-encounters-and-results

Additionally, if you’re interested in viewing documents or other things that are not currently in the Quick Preview, you can vote for and comment on this idea: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/forums/276361-product-ideas/suggestions/7137258-please-make-the-patient-s-documents-visible-and-ac
