I am happy to report that you can review the number of active patients in your Practice Fusion account via the ‘Patient Import’ tile on your Practice Dashboard.
As mentioned in the resolution status update, the Patient Import tile will show the number of active patients in your Practice Fusion account.

Good news, everyone. You can now navigate through the Document Type list by typing the first letters of the values.

As of 10/27/16, you can now search for items within any drop-down menu by typing the first few letters, which will jump you directly to the desired item.
Hi Ariel - this is specific to adding a diagnosis from the "Diagnoses" section of an encounter, rather than straight from the Assessment. If you scroll up in the note to "Diagnoses" and click on any diagnosis, you'll see the checkbox to "Attach diagnosis to this encounter" located below the Diagnosis Comment box.
