    Hi Junjie--the size limits in the New EHR are exactly the same as the old EHR, so the files they're attempting to upload must just be bigger than they were before. We're exploring expanding the document size maximums, but it will likely be closer to 20 MB.

    Hi everyone—I’m excited to announce that we have built a way for customers to verify their identity via credit card instead of requiring credit check for e-prescribers only. This will allow non-eprescribers to have online appointment booking pages.

    As of 6/19/2015, we have rolled this out to all PF practices.

    Hi Tracy--we have to be very careful about who gets an online booking page so we maintain the integrity of our network of physicians. You don't want tattoo parlors posting online profiles for booking any more than we do.

    We're rolling out a way to verify your identity independent of eRx rights within the next 4 weeks, so this will be resolved very soon!

    Hi Erica--you're correct. But the issue is not verifying an NPI (which is, like you say, public information), it's verifying that you are who you say you are. So we're simply going to allow you to verify your identity without this also requiring you to be an eprescriber. Stay tuned--it's being worked on now!

    Thanks for the additional info here, Ankit. We would love to hear from other practices to see if this would be valuable to them before we commit time to working on this feature. The more supporters a feature gets, the more likely it is that we'll develop the feature for all of our EHR customers!

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    Hi Tracy--many of our practices actually use this feature to document the missed appointment and later bill patients for those missed appointments. But there is a product idea that we are considering implementing, to allow practices to have a customized ability to generate or not generate chart notes in certain appointment situations.
