Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting that allows administrators to determine which practice members are available to be booked for appointments on the schedule. This feature is now available to all practices.

You could make it even better if you could automatically have the program select the ONE provider we have listed as AVAILABLE, or be able to designate a DEFAULT. It did not save us any time at all to deactivate unavailable providers. We still have to use the drop down box to select our 1 provider from a list of one available, instead of the 8 before.

Wonderful!!! Have been waiting for this feature. I agree with other comments that it just takes up the space on the NOTES tab, and there is no guarantee staff will even glance at the alert, when the section is full of notes. Currently, I try to make my alert pop out by adding ###### or anything that may catch the staff's attention. Thank you PF!!!
This would be a great feature!!! Please consider.
Much easier to enter a few letters for first and last name and hit "ENTER" instead of using the mouse to click on the magnifying glass. Definitely looking for a smoother workflow and eliminating any extra steps is appreciated.
Please work on this. So tedious to close one at a time with the X moving each time.

As many of you know, we have deployed the ability for faxes to flow into Practice Fusion from Updox. This method of document publishing may be a positive alternative to scanning of documents.
We will leave this idea as “Acknowledged” for now.

Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

Please work on this. It is soooo frustrating, even changing from the DAY view to the APPOINTMENT view, it changes to a different day. And because the scheduler is slower than it used to be, this is very time consuming. Also it will show the schedule for a different provider at random times. I wish we could select a DEFAULT provider and it would stay selected until we change it.
