    It would also be helpful if you could access the chart from the DAY screen as well, so you can enter demographic information, instead of having to go to the APPOINTMENT screen to do that. So the ability to check in and go to the patient chart from the DAY screen would be so beneficial.

    This would be great. I agree that it would make the schedule look cleaner, if when you have the "SEEN" disappear, the cancelled or No Show also disappear. There's no need to see them in that particular instance.

    Hi everyone,

    Good news! As of 9/28/17 you can now add a prefix and/or suffix to the patient Profile page.

    We will keep this feature request as partially resolved as we have not yet implemented the ability to search for patients by preferred name.

    YES, you absolutely have to add fields for patient name prefixes and suffixes. We use Kareo for billing and they have fields for prefixes and suffixes, so when we enter a patient who is a Jr, we have to enter it with the Last Name and so it doesn't cross over properly. Thanks for considering.
