Another vote for customization: great way to track cosmetic treatments, e.g. Botox, Fillers in a given patient over time...
I’m excited to announce that as of 7/31/2015, we have added this important customization feature to the EHR.

Update: We’ve made additional enhancements to the Recent patient list.
Beginning 4/24/2015, the patient list in the new EHR will automatically show up to 1,000 patients, sorted by most recently accessed.

We will also be taking an entire re-look at this feature later this year, to make sure you can find your patients when you need to access them.Barry Press commented
Personally, I generally look for one patient at a time, so recently accessed patients are not much use to me. As a surgeon, though, my needs may be totally different from those of primary care practitioners. The ability to display all the patients in the practice in alphabetical order is crucial when we are trying to extract data about our patient population. Ordered by last name is convenient, but the idea is to have all patients available so that charts can be opened, the desired information extracted, and then closed so that duplicate information is not accidentally entered.
As of 8/11/2015, we have deployed ICD-10 coding for Practice Fusion superbills in all PF practices to make sure you are prepared for the October 2015 CMS ICD-10 deadline.
We have also incorporated ICD-10 diagnosis coding directly in the clinical and lab ordering workflows.
