      This is a solid idea. We’re currently digging into how our current Problem List works and this is valuable input for how we may shape this feature.

      How else would you like to see the Problem List evolve and improve?

      agree, need to rank order dx by importance at each visit, and keep that order for use at next visit. Also agree completely with Dr Casals comments. Perhaps in A and P, should offer each dx code, be able to click on each dx and beneath add comments, update assessment , and add plan/orders under to each dx.

            Can you provide the column details you’d like to see in the report results? Patient Name, DOB, email, phone number, Reason for checkup, etc.

            And how you’d like to populate the report?

            Examples phrased like this would be most helpful for us to design this feature:
            “Patients who have not had a TB vaccine in X months”
            “Patients who have not been in to see any provider in X months”

                        agree need options other than "acute" or "chronic" there are many situations that do not fit "chronic" but are old dx, that recur episodically. More importantly, need the date of onset back in the DX summary - chronic or acute or whatever is superfluous and subjective, the date of onset is critical and factual.

                          A complete record must include PMH data, including items PF places in PMH section: "major events", "ongoing medical problems", "allergies", "family health history", and "social history". All these items are required for E&M documentation, and are part of the basic patient chart.

                          PF does not provide a way to include this data to send with a referral, or add to a "clinical document", or "referral document"

                          The only 'work arounds' currently are 1. manually print and fax paper, 2. manually "print" the file to a PDF and attach this file manually to a referral document. or 3. manually copy and paste PMH data into the "S" section of a SOAP note. It can be done, but very time consuming.

                          Please add the option to include PMH in "referral", "clinical document" and "referral document", just as it is an option for "print".

                              once the pharmacy info is "in", eRX is so much easier. Having staff or patient enter the preferred pharmacy as part of demographics, beforehand, would be a big time saver in the exam room.

                                Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

                                We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

                                Agree with comments of Sonya Bumpers 6/6/2016: Hello, As this seems to be an ongoing issue with so many. This office suggestion is what seems simple for us.
                                If there is a No Show or Cancelled Notice selected for a visit, there should be a auto-fill populated in the encounter that simply prints NO Show or Cancelled, and notes No Signature required by the provider. These notes should maybe be flagged a Orange or Blue color or something simple for the reviewer to know that they can avoid looking at the encounter.
                                This is a issue that needs fast attention and resolved quickly.
                                In this office the precept has to view all encounters and it slows him time.
                                The No- Shows and Cancelled patients are counted for daily summery and monthly reporting.

                                Agree completely. Encounter type "NO SHOW" and allow staff to sign it off and let us create a report no shows" by patient and as total per month to compare with #encounters. Then we can calculate the % no shows for the practice.

                                  appointment reminders by text or automated message would be very useful. Let each practice define their own template text or voice message.

                                    Provider list management is a definite problem. Definitely need to be able to hide inactive providers. This is a really HUGE problem. Only active users should show up on pick lists.

                                        1. "New Encounters (SOAP)" allows multiple note types (note to chart, record review, summary etc).
                                        2. Once a note type is chosen, however, "encounter type" choices are limited - most important, there is no option for "note to chart" or "records review" or "reminder for next visit" etc.
                                        3. Please allow us to add "encounter types" or at least add "Note to Chart" as an option.

                                        I am again finding I need several different "encounter types" in the dropdown list.
                                        I request "note to chart" and "records review". Others have requested "surgery" and "procedures.
                                        Please allow customizeable encounter types.
