    Hi Rachel—thanks for this idea. We’ve heard from many of our practices that they would like this customization feature.

    Currently, when a patient is marked as Arrived, a SOAP note is automatically created. We do this for a number of reasons, but it is clearly not a necessity for many practices. We are considering making this a practice-wide or provider-specific setting for Arriving new patients.

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    Hi Dr. Bernstein, you can still access growth charts from the go to menu, are you asking us to also have a link on the encounter for growth charts so you don’t have to used the Goto menu?

    Having the link on the active encounter page does increase work flow and efficiency of use of PF. Please add it back to encounter page. Thanks

    I agree, the total number of appts remains the same eventhough it includes cancelled or no show appt, The total number should show only active pts for the day, with the ability to include inactive appts for the day if the practice chooses to do so.
