    Yes! Please add other features to the appointment scheduling.
    The ability to see at a glance, the date recurring appointments were initiated and when the series end would be EXTREMELY helpful as well. In the timeline, there is no differentiation between these and regular (non recurring) visit. It is difficult to know when you're about to reach the end of the series and need to add more appointments. Perhaps there can be a pop up notification for this added as well. Thank you.

    Alerts for billing and scheduling would be GREATLY appreciated. It may also be good to have them for clinical notes..contraindications for the patient's care or doctor's technique or allergic reactions for example would be helpful as well.

    The current block time repeat options for non-patient appointments are very limited. For example, to schedule a repeat lunch meeting, the only option is to repeat it on the same day every week. It'd be great to have different options similar to what exists for patient appointments. Can we do the same for the non-patient appointments?

    Also, there is no alert for double booking a provider within the same facility. For example, if I have a standing appointment for a patient at 2 p.m. every week, and I create a repeat schedule for another patient at the same time, the system won't alert me to it. Can we please find a solution for this issue as well?

    This will be much appreciated. I also spend the time changing the display settings every time I log in.
    A related question about the schedule, which I didn't find an existing answer to in the forums: If a patient wants to schedule multiple future appointments, I would do this with the 'repeat' feature without having to check the schedule for every day they're wanting to come in. This feature is great, except that I'm finding that the system will multi-book with an existing appointment for another patient rather than alert me that there is a conflict. Wondering if such alert doesn't exist yet, or if you could please tell me where the setting for it may be. Thank you.

    Another great reason to have this feature available is that it gives the doctors a record of what they shared with the patient. Advice or instructions are supposed to be documented, in case the patient later says "You didn't give me that info, or I didn't know how to use the med or cold pack" for example.

    It would also be great to have the option to sign patients in and capture their signatures.
