    It has been said already but it would make it SO much easier if the LAST fill date showed first. Patient calls wanting to know when last refill of XYZ was sent. Right now we have to open the chart, go to medications, find med, open it, scroll down to bottom to get the answer. The original start date is RARELY used on a day to day basis. I would love to be able to open the chart, look at meds list, see med and the last refill date without ever having to open it up.

    I agree. Sometimes we don't know the date of death. Just a general idea.

    The location that gives me the biggest issue is under "Order Lab" or "order radiology". Staff members generally create these for the Dr and at the end of the order, the ordering physician and primary physician needs to be changed (it defaults to the person creating it). Why the INACTIVE users come up first is beyond me. We have to scroll past a plethora of inactive users to get to the active users. It may seem like it isn't a big deal but when it slows the work flow of the ridiculous hoops we must jump through now, it IS a big deal.

    It is so frustrating having to scroll past MANY inactive users to get to the active users in several fields. At the very least, put the active users at the TOP of the menu! It makes no sense that the inactive users appear first.

    This is a great idea. I can't speak for the original poster but our practice would possibly send the patient a Diabetic diet handout that we forgot to give, our back exercise handout.

    superb idea. We are like that as well. Use about 7-10 pharmacies 95% of the time.

    I would love to see a small note field at the top of the summary tab. Kind of like a "reminder" area or important message area.

    Hi everyone,

    Good news! As of 9/28/17 you can now add a prefix and/or suffix to the patient Profile page.

    We will keep this feature request as partially resolved as we have not yet implemented the ability to search for patients by preferred name.
