    A recall section is imparative to our practice. we need to have a place to add pt's into a recall area to call them for future followups. sometimes as much as a 5 or 10yr recall timeframe.

    blocked time needs to have the ability to customize reason, and to copy/paste to other days. ie, we note in schedule Dr. on call dates, which change every month...currently, I have to add new block to each date in month.

    yes, I agree.. there is a place for preferred phone contact number, yet the cell phone always defaults to the schedule

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    Hi everyone,

    Good news! As of 9/28/17 you can now add a prefix and/or suffix to the patient Profile page.

    We will keep this feature request as partially resolved as we have not yet implemented the ability to search for patients by preferred name.

    the field area is too small...when you are in the chart, if there name is long, it does not show the whole name...
