    That would be great! For CMS reporting we need to keep track of Falls Assessments for patients. We try to do them every 12 months. Every month I need receive a list of our patients that have fallen and I need to print the encounter where we did a falls assessment. However, I do not know when they are done and have to find them. The only way I have been able to find them is to open every encounter and look. In the patients chart there is no listings for Assessents Performed under Summary or under Time Line.

    Update: We’ve made additional enhancements to the Recent patient list.

    Beginning 4/24/2015, the patient list in the new EHR will automatically show up to 1,000 patients, sorted by most recently accessed.

    We will also be taking an entire re-look at this feature later this year, to make sure you can find your patients when you need to access them.

    Hi everyone – As of 11/17/17, patients are able to attach files and hyperlinks to messages that they send to their provider from within the patient portal. When received in the EHR, these files and hyperlinks can be saved as documents to attach to the patient chart.

    Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.
