    Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    Need to be able to print lists of no shows or cancellations. Also, have a way to easily flag chronic no show patients. This way, we can determine patterns of highest no show days of week, or what type of appts are most commonly no show.

    This is a great idea. Are you thinking that you would like to enter in these alerts by hand, per patient? Or, more ideally, the insurance company would connect directly to Practice Fusion and populate the information for you automatically?

    We do not participate in meaningful use, so it would be great to have the alert customizable. We want to flag for birthdays, significant events, thanks for referring x patient, chronic no-show, etc.

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    We Agree! Our physician has to click on SOOOO many of these per week and actually open EACH cancelled chart because it is listed as a SOAP note. I agree with what someone else said....put it in past appointments and mark as cancelled or no show, but leave it OUT of the main chart. Also, any way to flag chronic no-shows?

    Hi Leila—is this something that you would set at the time of scheduling the appointment in the first place? Or something that you decide on the day of the appointment?

    We need to be able to set up by procedure rooms, also. We have certain equipment in certain rooms. The provider might be whomever is on our personnel schedule for the day, so the provider may change but the room type will not. I've even tried setting up the rooms by assigning fake names to providers like Name: First "Room" Last "One"...but then, i'm having to create fake email addresses to give these "fake providers" access. We can't activate our Patient Fusion because this shows up in their booking, even when I've tried to then "de-activate" these as providers.
