Is there an update on this suggestion?
Many of our patients do not access their email, additionally emails have blockers that could cause our reminders to not be received. It would be great if we could offer text, automated calls and emails. This is a service we are looking for specifically and since having to pay for the EHR now, this could be a factor in us leaving in March to a system who does offer this. We are eagerly awaiting updates on this feature :)
Hi Rachel—thanks for this idea. We’ve heard from many of our practices that they would like this customization feature.
Currently, when a patient is marked as Arrived, a SOAP note is automatically created. We do this for a number of reasons, but it is clearly not a necessity for many practices. We are considering making this a practice-wide or provider-specific setting for Arriving new patients.
Hi Deanne—we’re looking for ways to provide this information in future iterations of the summary page. It’s already a bit cluttered at this point, so we want to do it in a clean manner that doesn’t create too much data density.

Hi everyone—as you’ve all noticed, we reintroduced the medication list into the chart note. You’ll also be able to see duplicates and previous prescriptions easier, as of December 2015.

Return the old Rx list, it was hugely beneficial in speeding up our practice. We need to be able to view on one screen in a list format all scripts and the details of each time is was prescribed. sig, quantity & refills.
Also the Erx tab was incredibly beneficial, now you can only look it up by individual providers. Bringing back the practice wide option of Erx's sent would be very helpful

This would be very helpful. Operating out of the day schedule would be complete with this feature added
I am happy to report that we have greatly compacted scheduler printing in the EHR for our customers as of 5/29/2015.
