You asked and we listened: Use Pinned notes to manage non-clinical reminders
Practice Fusion continues to take major steps toward updating your EHR with even more features and enhanced workflows. With Practice Fusion’s Pinned Note feature, we have made it easier for practice staff to quickly view pertinent custom details about patients before they are scheduled, before check in, or during a patient visit. A Pinned Note is the ideal place to record non-clinical information specific to an individual patient, where you can have important information readily available. Thanks you to everyone who voted and helped make the Practice Fusion EHR better for everyone. https://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/1845769
Please add this feature ASAP as it is desperately necessary, especially in the case of patients with the same name. I have quite a few and this feature would fix the unnecessary confusion. Please keep us/me advised as to the status of this feature.
We need a way to flag patient's charts to alert the doctor and/or staff of important information. Please advise if this feature of forthcoming.
I would like to be able to set the time slots that patients see on patient fusion so when they request an appointment they can only select times we see patients. (i.e. patient asking for an 11:00 when our last appointment in the a.m. is 10:50.)
You asked, we delivered: Remove custom document types
Users can now remove custom document types to more efficiently move through their workflow and to tailor the document type list to best fit changing practice needs.

I agree with r champagne. Being able to add document types should only be an administrative feature. If you could see what is added in mine you would understand. Please add this feature ASAP.
You can hide inactive users on the schedule by adjusting your filters: https://help.practicefusion.com/s/article/How-can-I-hide-inactive-users-in-the-Schedule
Good news, everyone. You can now navigate through the Document Type list by typing the first letters of the values.
