We utilize the Standard View schedule & if there isn't a cell # available for a client, we would greatly appreciate if the Home # prints out on it.

Update: We’ve made additional enhancements to the Recent patient list.

Beginning 4/24/2015, the patient list in the new EHR will automatically show up to 1,000 patients, sorted by most recently accessed.

You can read more about this here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/483079-how-do-i-search-for-patients-in-the-ehr

We will also be taking an entire re-look at this feature later this year, to make sure you can find your patients when you need to access them.

We also utilized this in the old version because it allowed us to be able to see clients who may have not been accessed in a while. If they didn't have a date behind them, that meant they hadn't been accessed in a while & we could look to find out why not & what needed to be done. Now we can't see all of them. (Only lists 1000(?) clients & we have more than that & there are no reports that we could run to assist with this.)

We would like to be able to print a report of recently terminated clients. (Clients no longer active to us.) One that we could choose the time frame from.

When clicking "View All Appointments" & it takes you to the Timeline, we like being able to see what appointments were kept, cx'd, no showed, future appointments, etc... However, we would also like to see who those appointments were/are scheduled with. Some of our clients see multiple providers & we need to see the "who with's" they are scheduled to see. Please & thank you.

We would like to be able to have the option to print out 1) future appts (& with whom because they see multiple providers), 2) past appts (same as above), 3) past & future appts (same as above). Please & thank you!!

Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

You asked and we listened: Use Pinned notes to manage non-clinical reminders
Practice Fusion continues to take major steps toward updating your EHR with even more features and enhanced workflows. With Practice Fusion’s Pinned Note feature, we have made it easier for practice staff to quickly view pertinent custom details about patients before they are scheduled, before check in, or during a patient visit. A Pinned Note is the ideal place to record non-clinical information specific to an individual patient, where you can have important information readily available. Thanks you to everyone who voted and helped make the Practice Fusion EHR better for everyone. https://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/1845769
