This would be a great option for multiple specialties. We use these all the time in both chronic pain management and family practice. Helpful for documenting rashes, lesions, bruising, pain, numbness, etc.

Hi everyone. We released a beta version of a native Android EHR app in 2015. Due to very few downloads and utilization, we have decided to discontinue it and remove it from the app store.

If you are still passionate about this idea, remember you can let your colleagues know you support it by clicking the ‘Vote’ button.

As of tonight’s release, we now offer support for editing and deleting lab and imaging order templates. Keep in mind that templates are lab/imaging center specific, and can be shared with your entire practice. Select the pencil icon next to your templates to use the new edit and delete functionality.

It would be great if you could also include option to repeat any of the vitals, not just BP. We frequently do orthostatics so we would need a slot for repeated pulse along with BP. Also handy to be able to chart repeat vitals/pain level/o2 sat/etc after treatments to show changes in response to treatment. So basically an option to repeat the entire row of vitals would be great, including pain level. Thanks!

    Hi everyone,

Good news! As of 9/28/17 you can now add a prefix and/or suffix to the patient Profile page.

We will keep this feature request as partially resolved as we have not yet implemented the ability to search for patients by preferred name.

As many of you know, we have deployed the ability for faxes to flow into Practice Fusion from Updox. This method of document publishing may be a positive alternative to scanning of documents.

Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

You can read more about schedule settings here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/482832

We have also introduced a new Appointment Report that allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

You can read more about the new Appointment Report here:

You asked and we listened: Use Pinned notes to manage non-clinical reminders
Practice Fusion continues to take major steps toward updating your EHR with even more features and enhanced workflows. With Practice Fusion’s Pinned Note feature, we have made it easier for practice staff to quickly view pertinent custom details about patients before they are scheduled, before check in, or during a patient visit. A Pinned Note is the ideal place to record non-clinical information specific to an individual patient, where you can have important information readily available. Thanks you to everyone who voted and helped make the Practice Fusion EHR better for everyone. https://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/1845769
