    Also: Case management alerts: We need a way to mark if the pt is is transition to another facility. we are a remote practice.

    we really would rest easy from this service. We have too much paper as it is and a outdated and complex fax server that is hard for normal staff to check

    Thanks to everyone for providing your thoughts on how inactive patients should be displayed in Practice Fusion.

    As of 03/25/2016, to reduce confusion when working with patient lists, we have made it more obvious in the main Charts section when a patient is inactive.

    You will see the words “Inactive” in the patient list as well as the patient header when you are working with an inactive patient.

    Additionally, if a patient is marked as inactive, she or he will not appear in search results for appointments, messages, labs, or refills. If you would like a patient to appear in those search results for selection, you’ll need to mark the patient as Active.

    As of 8/11/2015, we have deployed ICD-10 coding for Practice Fusion superbills in all PF practices to make sure you are prepared for the October 2015 CMS ICD-10 deadline.

    We have also incorporated ICD-10 diagnosis coding directly in the clinical and lab ordering workflows.

    thanks to human error our payers list has some insurance companies incorrectly spelled. i know we can make the payer inactive but I'd like to be able to delete the misspelled payer entirely.

    This is a great idea. Are you thinking that you would like to enter in these alerts by hand, per patient? Or, more ideally, the insurance company would connect directly to Practice Fusion and populate the information for you automatically?

    Yes please we are in the middle of a migration and not sure just how many active pts we have. If we could have run this report our migration would be easier.

    I'd like to have a report that shows pts specific to the provider. I'd like to pull of list of Just dr Walods pts, and then Just dr Sallys pts.

    Yes please add this to the templates

    We have a special chart note. It would be so much easier to create yes or no drop downs for the ROS, HPI sections etc

    Free text is time consuming
