Great news—as of 2/5/2016, PRN is displayed at the top of the patient chart header.
More detail about this feature at the Knowledge Base article here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/826515-editing-information-in-the-patient-chart-header

Would it be possible to make this header editable? Such as being able to remove PRN and insurance and add certain vitals, like BMI, BP, etc, for easy reference while charting?

Yes! This is exactly what my practice wants and needs since we run residential depression recovery programs with large numbers of patients with specific needs within anxiety and depression and we need a place to track scores from our depression and anxiety tests.

My practice would like to see the ability to add and customize the chart when the doctor is making a SOAP. It would be nice to have the ability to add new categories that are not there already (such as the past medical history, SOAP,Allergies, etc. My clinic has a depression and anxiety program and it would be helpful to add new sections that pertain to different depression tests and scores. Something that we could customize within as the SOAP notes are done.

Hi everyone,
Good news! As of 9/28/17 you can now add a prefix and/or suffix to the patient Profile page.
We will keep this feature request as partially resolved as we have not yet implemented the ability to search for patients by preferred name.

As of 8/20/2015, we are excited to announce that we have deployed Flowsheets and a massive expansion of the types of vital signs that can be entered and viewed longitudinally for patients in the EHR.

Definitely in full support of this function ASAP, especially since we will be paying soon and this is such a fundamental need because of easy typos.
