    Hi—it is unlikely we will ever implement a feature like this. Since documents are official parts of a patient’s chart, it’s imperative that the document belongs to one and only one patient. We recommend you upload the document multiple times if it needs to be assigned to multiple patients.

    Can you share the kind of document scenario where you would use this feature?

    When uploading and assigning Patients to a document, allow more than one patient to the same document. For example, uploading a Parents ID to all their children's chart. This way we don't have to scan it in twice.

    Update: As of November 2017, Practice Fusion EHR (Versions 3.6 and 3.7) has achieved PCMH Prevalidation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for NCQA’s PCMH 2017 Program.
