    Why not allow practices to customize Encounter Types (like you do with Note Type), so we can add any encounters that are relevant to our practice. Thank you.

    Addenda to notes show COPY FORWARD with the note. Sometimes crucial information is not carried forward when a note is copied forward b/c the addendum did not come with it.

    We are happy to report that as of Q4 2015, chart notes are auto-saving every minute, so this idea is Resolved.

    Other practices have told us that even though they don’t bill, it is still a necessity for their workflow to tie a diagnosis code to the lab order, as the reason that the order was created in the first place. It sounds like we should consider making the “required” aspect of this a practice-specific setting.

    Agree with Dr. Godwin. We have a private practice and nearly 100% of the time, my patients prefer to pay cash for labs so a diagnosis is not reported. When I fill out paper forms, I do not write a diagnosis code. Please make this option in PF. Thank you.
