    pop up alerts for things like our OB pts. preferences in labs, and sonograms, and those pts. who have balances from previous systems before Practice Fusion and sometimes pts. don't want to be called at work etc.

    our office is used to entering the time when they complete a certain part of a patient's encounter (i.e. pt's chart ready, pt. in exam room, pt checking out, etc.) - since in PF this changing of the patient's status is one electronically, is there any way we can track how long it takes between the different status changes and thereby seeing how long they are in the office/how long it takes in different areas of the office etc.?

    Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

    Hi everyone – As of 1/19/2017, we have introduced a new schedule setting to all practices that allows administrators to determine if encounters will be auto-generated for appointments marked as cancelled or no-show.

    there are times when a pt. will leave a message and their accent is so strong we cannot understand their name but we most times can understand their phone number or our answering service records phone numbers that are incoming...so it would be great to be able to search by phone number - we did that in our old system and works great!
