You asked and we listened: Use Pinned notes to manage non-clinical reminders
Practice Fusion continues to take major steps toward updating your EHR with even more features and enhanced workflows. With Practice Fusion’s Pinned Note feature, we have made it easier for practice staff to quickly view pertinent custom details about patients before they are scheduled, before check in, or during a patient visit. A Pinned Note is the ideal place to record non-clinical information specific to an individual patient, where you can have important information readily available. Thanks you to everyone who voted and helped make the Practice Fusion EHR better for everyone. https://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/1845769
Please move this feature to the top of your list. With multiple providers who see different insurances as well as patients who have been discharged or are in need of being talked to at their apt or while scheduling, this is EXTREMELY important.
This is very important. We need to be able to get the patients this information right away, not wait for it to be sent at an inopportune time.
yes, we need to be able to send the patient the intake as soon as they make an appointment, not wait for it to be automatically sent. We see patients same day sometimes.
Please make this available.
yes, this would be very helpful if they can just get a link to the form through their email instead of registering
As of 12/14/2015, copay is now displayed as a column in the Scheduler.
You can read more about how to track copays here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/761493-how-can-i-track-copays-in-the-schedule
YES!! and please link it to the superbill still. Our billing company needs that info on each superbill so right now we are going in and adding it manually to each.
Hi Rachel—thanks for this idea. We’ve heard from many of our practices that they would like this customization feature.
Currently, when a patient is marked as Arrived, a SOAP note is automatically created. We do this for a number of reasons, but it is clearly not a necessity for many practices. We are considering making this a practice-wide or provider-specific setting for Arriving new patients.
yes, please correct this. We have patients on the schedule multiple times for different providers and can only check them in once so it messes our providers up if a note is already pending for them.
Thanks Becky—that’s the information we needed. We would like to hear if bulk superbill printing would be valuable to other users as well.
bulk printing would be very ideal. we have 2 different billing companies and one isn't linked with a preferred software
This is a necessity for office flow. It is too cumbersome to check patient in from the appointments tab when you have so many patients to sort through
